Elixir of life recipe - How to make Elixir of life
Cooking Time: Total Time:
1 medium sized beetroot
2 medium sized carrots
3 medium sized tomatoes
1 apple (optional)
1 tbsp lemon juice
black salt (sanchal) to taste
Method
- Wash and peel beetroot and carrots
- Wash apple and tomatoes
- Chop and put beetroot, carrots, apple and tomatoes in a blender and puree it.
- Avoid adding water. this juice will be thick
- Add lemon juice and black salt.
- Strain it if required.
- Serve immediately.
