It is a very good appetizer so it can be used as a starter in a party.

Ingredients:
4 to 5 pcs ginger (adrak) (4" - 5" long)
2 to 3 pcs cinnamon (dalchini), powdered
2 to 3 cups sugar, made into thin consisitency syrup
5 to 6 tbsp lemon juice
Method
- Peel ginger skin and make it a small slice and grind it as a smooth paste.
- Extract lemon juice.
- Make sugar syrup and cool it.
- Mix everything together in a ice water at the time of serving with crushed mint leaves and powdered cinnamon.
