5 crispy dosas (8”) each
oil for deep-frying
To Be Mixed Into A Honey Chilli Sauce
1/2 cup honey
1 tbsp finely chopped green chillies
1/2 tbsp finely chopped red chillies
1/2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp water
- Method
- Place a dosa on a clean, dry surface, cut into 16 equal long pieces.
- Repeat step 1 with 4 more dosas.
- Heat the oil in a deep non-stick pan, deep-fry a few strips till they turn golden brown in colour from all the sides. Drain on an absorbent paper.
- Serve immediately with honey chilli sauce.
