The fruits masala is a simple fruit recipe where the fruit cubes and slices are smeared with a delectable spicy masala mix.

2 cups mango cubes
1 1/2 cups pineapple cubes
1 cup apple cubes
1 cup grapes
1 cup papaya cubes
for masala
1/2 coconut
1 ball jaggery (gur)
1 tsp salt
2 tsp mustard seeds ( rai / sarson)
3 red chillies, roasted
Method
- Roast the mustard seeds with little oil
- Grind the coconut with roasted chilles,salt coursly.
- Add the mustard seeds.grind t a coarse paste.
- Last add the jaggery and grind.
- The masala should not be a smooth paste
- Mix the fruits cubes in the masala.
- Should be kept in refrigerator for good taste.
