Ingredients


2 cups mango cubes
1 1/2 cups pineapple cubes
1 cup apple cubes
1 cup grapes
1 cup papaya cubes
for masala
1/2 coconut
1 ball jaggery (gur)
1 tsp salt
2 tsp mustard seeds ( rai / sarson)
3 red chillies, roasted

Method

  1. Roast the mustard seeds with little oil
  2. Grind the coconut with roasted chilles,salt coursly.
  3. Add the mustard seeds.grind t a coarse paste.
  4. Last add the jaggery and grind.
  5. The masala should not be a smooth paste
  6. Mix the fruits cubes in the masala.
  7. Should be kept in refrigerator for good taste.
