Rahu Fish 4 pieces
Kahrisa 2 tablespoons
salt to taste
garlic (lehsun) cloves
green chillies
Mustard oil 1 tablespoon
Turmeric powder half tsp.
Method
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Fry fish till brown.remove and keep aside.
- Add green chilli and garlic pods to the hot oil.
- Add turmeric powder and salt.
- Stir for a minute.
- Add kharisa.
- Add 2 cups of water.
- Add fried fish after a minute.
- Serve with rice.
