2 inches ginger (adrak)
2 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
2 cups water
1 tsp sugar
Method
- Boil crushed ginger and jeera in water for 5 mins and allow to cool
- Then filter and add sugarand consume.
- The mixture can be used for one more time

- This ras immediately stops stomach upsets and also gastric problems
