Makes 4 serving
4 cups vanilla or chocolate boiled soyabeans milk
2 tbsp wheat flakes or quick cooking rolled oats
1 tbsp flax seed
1 tbsp raisins (kismis)
3 chopped pitted dates (khajur)
3 tbsp honey
1 glass ice cubes
Method
- Method
- Combine all the ingredients and blend in a mixer till smooth.
- Pour equal quantities of smoothie in 4 individual glasses Serve immediately.
