Makes 1 to 2 servings
1 cup sliced fresh black grapes
1/2 cup fresh strawberries
5 to 6 tsp honey or sugar
5 to 6 ice cubes
4 1/4 banana , peeled and roughly chopped
2 cups milk

- Combine all ingredients in a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour in a large glass and serve chilled.
