Makes 4 servings
200 gms potatoes , cubed
1/4 cup chopped green garlic (hara lehsun)
salt to taste
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp coriander (dhania) powder
1 tsp roasted cumin seeds (jeera) powder
oil for cooking
Method
- Method
- Sprinkle a little salt over the potatoes and keep it aside for 5 mins.
- Heat the oil in a kadhai and deep fry the potatoes till golden brown and crisp.
- Drain on an absorbent paper and add the green garlic, salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder and cumin seeds powder and mix well.
- Serve hot with chappati or with a bread and with some papads.
