Gurvani is an unique Indian sweet recipe with the raw unripe mangoes cut into small pieces and then cooked with jaggery, rice flour and ghee. Enjoy this traditional gurvani as dessert after meals on festivals and social gatherings.
Gurvani recipe - How to make Gurvani

1 small sizede raw mango, finely chopped
1 tbsp rice flour (chawal ka atta)
1 tbsp ghee
1 cup sugar
2 pcs of cinnamon (dalchini)
1 tbsp cardamom (elaichi) powder
6 cloves (laung / lavang)
4 cups water
Method
- Heat 1 tablespoons of ghee and fry the rice flour until golden.
- Add the cinnamon, clove, elachi powder fry for 1/2 minute.
- Add 4 cups water ,add raw mango cut pieces, add 1 cup sugar.
- Cook for 10 minutes.
- Serve hot.
