Ingredients


200 gm cheese
4 whole wheat bread slices
1 onion, chopped
2 tomato, chopped
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
A pinch of turmeric
4 green chilly, chopped
1 spoon lemon juice
Coriander leaves, chopped
Oil for frying Salt to taste

Method

  1. Finely mash the bread and cheese, mix well. heat oil in a non stick pan. add chopped onions and ginger-garlic paste, fry till brown. now add the green chilies and tomatoes and fry till the tomatoes are pulpy. add turmeric powder and salt. add mashed bread and cheese, fry for few minutes. add lemon juice and mix well. garnish with coriander leaves a
