Ingredients


spinach(washed & chopped)1/2 cup,
capsicum chopped-1/2 cup,
corn-1/2 cup,
corloflower(chopped into small Pcs.)1/4 cup,
cabbage-1/2 cup,
carrot, grated 1/2 cup,
chopped corriander 2 tbsp
lemon juice 1 tbsp
1/2 boiled potato
haldi1/2tsp,
garam masala-1/2 tsp,
salt to taste
chilli powder 1/4tsp,
pav bhaji masala 1 tbsp,
big onion chopped,
1tsp ginger& garlic chopped,1mid. chopped tomatto,
jeera 1/2tsp
oil 1 tbsp
wholemeal or wheat pav,

Method

  1. Add all the veg & boil or presure cook...or in microwave high for 20min.in a non-stick pan, add oil,when it is hot add jeera,then add garlic&ginger,fry for 30sec. then add onion & fry till golden brown,then add tomato,fry it for 4 min. then add salt, add other spices,fry it...then add all veg. fry it...then add chopped corriander..add 1 tbsp lemon
