1/4 cup sprouted moong (whole green gram)
1/4 cup grated carrot
1/8 cup grated paneer (cottage cheese)
1/2 tsp chaat masala
salt to taste
1 tsp olive oil
1/4 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
1 onion, finely chopped
1 small sized tomato, finely chopped
For topping
finely chopped onions
finely chopped coriander (dhania) leaves
Method
- Heat olive oil in a kadai,season jeera,add chopped onions,tomatoes.
- After raw smell goes add the grated carrot and sprouted moong
- Add a little water and allow it to cook .
- Add salt chat masala and grated panner.
- Take a whole whear bread toast it on the tawa with margarine ,take it on the serving plate
- Add a spoon of the sproute masala,add raw chopped onions and finely chopped dhania leaves.
- Serve if necessary with mint chutney.
