Hommade Chocolates In Microwave recipe - How to make Hommade Chocolates In Microwave

Makes 12 to 13 chocolates
1/8 cup butter
1/4 cup milk powder
1/8 cup cocoa powder
1/4 cup sugar powder
2 tbsp water
1 tbsp chopped cashewnuts (kaju)
1/2 tbsp chopped almonds (badam)
Method
- Method
- In a microwave safe bowl put sugar powder and 2 tbsp water,mix and microwave high for 1 minute.
- Remove and stir once and microwave on HIGH for 1 minute to make one and half string consistency syrup and keep aside.
- In an another microwave safe bowl put the butter and microwave on HIGH for 30 seconds.
- Remove and add milk powder,cocoa powder and prepared sugar syrup and nuts and mix well for 2 minutes.
- Cool to room temperature and make balls of this and set in fridge for 5 minutes.
- Remove and serve.
