4 tomatoes, chopped
2 cloves of garlic (lehsun)
2 green chillies
1/2 tbsp sugar
chilli powder to taste
salt to taste
freshly grounded black pepper (kalimirch) powder
cumin seeds (jeera)
oil
Method
- Heat oil add cumin seeds
- Add garlic & saute
- Now add chopped tommato and green chilli.
- Cooke it for two minutes and and add all the remaning ingrediatns.
- Simmer for one minute and serve hot
