You can prepare it without tempering also(just use leftover rice, maida, rice flour and salt to prepare the batter). it is easy to prepare and very delicious. you can have it with any chutney of your choice to add the taste.
Instant dosa recipe - How to make Instant dosa
Cooking Time: Total Time:
Cooked white Rice: 1 Cup
Maida: 1 Cup
Rice Flour: 1/2 Cup
For Seasoning:
Coriander Leaves: 2 Tsps
Salt: To Taste
Oil: As required
Tempering
Mustard : 1/4 tsp
Jeera: 1/4 tea Spoon
Channa dal: 1 teaspoon
Urad Dal: 1 teaspoon
curry leaves (kadi patta)
Onion: 1 Small
Green Chilli: 2
Oil: 1 tsp
Method
- Grind the left over rice to make a fine paste and add maida, rice flour, salt with some water to make a thick paste. now add the seasoning and chopped coriander leaves
- Pour 2 tablespoon of batter on the non-stick pan and spread it and fry both sides. if you are not concious about diet you can use oil while frying.
- Tempering: take 1 tsp of oil in a kadai and add jeera, channa dal, urad dal and curry leaves
- Now add finely chopped onion and green chillies to it and fry till the onion turns white
