Also add pasta sauce to it when i add tomatoes

Preparation Time: 30 MINS Cooking Time: 15 MINS Total Time:
2 carrots
1 zucchini
3 oz french beans
1 small leek
2 plum tomatoes
1 hanful of parsley leaves
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp sugar
1 cup frozen green peas
3 cups penne or any other type of pasta
salt to taste
black pepper (kalimirch) powder to taste
Method
- Dice carrots and zucchini and tomatoes
- Cut greenbeans 3/4 inch long
- Slice leek thinly
- Finely chop parsley
- Meanwhile cook pasta until it is tender and cooked then drain it
- Heat oil in pan add carrots, leek and fry them then sprinkle sugar and cook stir frquently for 5 mins
- Then add zuccini grrenbeans peas and plenty of salt and pepper cover and cook over low medium heat for 10 mins until vegetables are tender stir in parsley and chopped tomatoes and adjust the seasoning and toss with cooked pasta and serve
