Italian Kharapara recipe - How to make Italian Kharapara

Makes 8 to 10 servings
To Be Mixed and Kneaded Into A Dough
250 gms plain flour (maida)
75 gms whjole wheat flour
1 tsp freshly ground black pepper powder
1 tsp dry red chilli flakes (paprika)
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp dried mixed herbs
1/2 tsp cheese powder
3 tbsp grated processed cheese
3 tbsp ghee
salt to taste
water as required

Method
- Method
- Divide the dough into equal portions and shape them into balls.
- Roll out each ball into 1/8" thick roti.
- Cut this roti to desired shapes (heart,square,diamonds,kaju shaped) with the cookie cutter.
- Heat the oil in a kadhai and deep fry these on slow flame so that the kharaparas are cooked properly.
- Drain on tissue paper and store in an air-tight container.
