The Jhatpat chaat recreates the magic of sweet and tangy chatpata taste with an easy recipe where the Maida flour pastries are deep fried and filled with sev, imli chutney , green chutney, chopped onion, tomatoes and spices.

2 boiled potatoes, cubed
2 fried masala pappads, crushed
1 onion, chopped
2 green chillies, finely chopped
chilli sauce
2 tsp chaat masala
1 tsp coriander (dhania)
2 tsp tomato ketchup
1 tsp salt to taste
Method
- Take a clean bowl.
- Add all the ingredients one by one and mix well.
- Take two plates and put equal quantity in it.
- Top the chat with a little fried groundnuts and bujiya and serve at once.
