Makes 3 to 4 cups
300 gms kachur or white turmeric
200 gms harar or indian gall nut
150 gms revachini

How to consume the powder
- Method
- Separately powder each of the above ingredient in a mixer and blend till you get smooth powder.
- Sieve through muslin cloth, rubbing to help the process.
- Combine all the prepared powder and mix well.
- Store in an air-tight container.

- Have the powder with water or fresh lime juice on an empty stomach. Do not have when running temperature.
- Have once in a week: 1 tsp for adults, 1/2 tsp for children and 1/4 tsp for toddlers dissolved in water and sugar.
