Kathal Cutlets recipe - How to make Kathal Cutlets

Makes 2 to 3 servings
250 gms chopped and boiled jackfruit
1 boiled potato
100 gms besan (bengal gram flour)
salt to taste
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera) powder
1 tsp fennel seeds (saunf) powder
1/4 cup chopped green chillies
1/2 cup chopped coriander (dhania)
oil for deep frying
Method
- Method
- Mash and mix well the boiled kathal, boiled potatoes and besan.
- Put the rest of the ingredients (except the oil) and mix well.
- Make small patties and shallow fry them in oil.
- Put the cutlets on absorbent paper.
- Serve hot.
