Malai Ki Aam recipe - How to make Malai Ki Aam

Makes 4 servings
500 ml milk
4 tbsp sugar
4 1/2 tsp cornflour mixed with 4 tbsp milk
16 marie biscuits
3 mangoes , peeled and sliced
3/4 cup cream , mixed with 2 tsp castor sugar
Method
- Method
- Heat the milk with sugar and slowly add the cornflour mixture and cook till the mixture becomes thick.
- Remove and cool and keep aside.
- Crush the biscuits and line a pudding bowl bottom with the powder.
- Add a few chopped mango pieces and the dripping mango juice with milk mixture and pour over crumb layer and refrigerate.
- Cover with whipped cream and decorate with remaining mango slices.
- Chill before serving.
