Mango chutney recipe - How to make Mango chutney

1 raw mango
15 green chillies
1/4 cup grated coconut
1/4 cup coriander (dhania) leaves
salt to taste
1 tsp urad dal (split black lentils)
1 tsp mustard seeds ( rai / sarson)
1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
2 whole dry kashmiri red chillies
6 curry leaves (kadi patta)

Method
- Grate mango
- Add grated mango, grated coconut,green chillies, coriander leaves and salt and grind it to a paste.
- No need to fry any of the above items
- Take the paste into a bowl
- Heat 2 teaspoons of oil and add urad dal,rai,jeera ,red chilli and curry leaves
- Add this seasoning to the paste
- Serve with rice
