250 gms masar dal
100 gms semolina
500 gms flour
250ml oil
1 tsp carom seeds (ajwain)
salt to taste
Method
- Boil the dal in 2 cups water with salt added to it.
- Combine semolina flour ajwain to form dough.
- Make pedas from dough
- Stuff dal and roll into puris
- Fry and enjoy
