3 cups whole wheat flour (gehun ka atta)
1/4 tsp carom seeds (ajwain)
1 1/2 tsp dried fenugreek leaves (kasuri methi)
salt to taste
water
oil for frying
Method
- Mix all the ingredients except oil and knead tite.
- Make balls of this & laminate these with help of rollor.
- Fry these puris.
