Milkcake with Apple recipe - How to make Milkcake with Apple

1 ltr milk
4 apples, peeled and grated
4 to 5 drops of lemon juice
4 tbsp sugar or according to taste
3 to 4 cardamom (elaichi) seeds
1/2 cup dry fruits
Method
- Put the pan on flame and pour milk .
- Then add greated apple and add lemon juice and add sugar and add cardamaen''s seeds and contniously stir.
- When mixthur becomes dry then add dry fruits and mix it
- Then off the flame.
- Grease a bowl with ghee and put the mixthur in this bowl and put for setting for some time then turn this mix. on the plate.
- Decorate with dry fruits.
