Ingredients


Millet-one and half cup
Red chillies-3
Greenchillies-2 minced
mustard seeds-1 tsp
whole pepper-few
grated coconut-1/4 cup
hing powder-1/2 tsp
urad and chana dal-1/2 tsp
green peas-2 tsp
carrot and beans-1/4 cup chopped fine
oil-2 tablesp
salt to taste
curry leaves few.

Method

  1. Soak millet in warm water for 1 hour.drain off the water.set aside.parboil the veg.heat oil in a kadai.when hot add the mustard seeds,urad and channa dal,curry leaves,hing,red and minced green chillies.saute.now add the parboiled veg and green peas and stir well.add 2cups of water and salt and golmirch.when the water starts to boil add the grated c
