Chat, very famous and popular amongst indians, here is unique and different type of chat of mini bhakarawadi with the combination of yogurt and green and meetha chutneys.

Makes 4 servings
1 cup mini bhakarwadi
1/2 cup boiled moong (whole green gram) sprouts
1 cup yogurt
salt to taste
2 medium potatoes , boiled and chopped
1 large onion , finely chopped
5 tbsp green chutney
3 tablespoons khajur and amli ni chutney
1 tsp chaat masala
1/4 tsp red chilli powder
1 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
1/4 cup nylon sev
Other Ingredients
few chopped coriander (dhania) leaves for garnishing
Method
- Method
- Whisk yogurt with salt and set to chill in the refrigerator for half an hour.
- To prepare the chaat, arrange the bhakarwadis in a large serving plate top it with alternate layers of moong sprouts, potatoes, onion and chilled yogurt.
- Drizzle green chutney,khajur and amli ni chutney over it.
- Sprinkle chaat masala, red chilli powder, cumin powder and nylon sev.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve immediately
