The healthful and delicious mixed subziyan is a mixed vegetable recipe laden with the goodness of different vegetables embodied in rich taste and flavour . Enjoy with chapattis or Parathas.
Mixed Subziyan recipe - How to make Mixed Subziyan

1 radish (mooli)
3 potatoes
2 carrots
100 gms french beans
1 small sized cauliflower
1 medium sized turnip
100 gms kulith (horse gram)
3 tomatoes
2 tbsp oil
salt to taste
1 bunch of coriander (dhania) leaves
GRINDING TOGETHER:-
5 cloves of garlic (lehsun)
1/2 cup grated coconut
1 " piece of ginger (adrak)
3 big sized onions
2 tsp coriander (dhania) seeds
8 green chillies
1 " stick of cinnamon (dalchini)
3 cloves (laung / lavang)
1 tbsp fried gram
1 tsp poppy seeds (khus-khus)
Method
- Cut all the vegetables finely,cook and keep aside.
- Soak horse gram for 8 hrs and add enough water to cover it.pressure cook this for 3 min.
- Grind all the ingredients
- Heat oil in a pan and add jeera & ground masala & fry till brown.mix finely cut tomatoes, and fry till done.
- Put boil vegetables,horse gram,salt with water left from horse gram.
- Boil till the gravy thickens and remove from fire.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
- Makes a delicious sabzi,as well as good side dish for roti.
