Nut Rolls recipe - How to make Nut Rolls

1/2 cup plain flour (maida)
1 cup milk
1/2 cup powdered peanuts or powdered cashewnuts (kaju)
1 tbsp grated processed cheese
1 tbsp butter
salt and black pepper (kalimirch) powder to taste
oil for deep frying
Method
- In a sauce pan combine 1/2cup refined flour and 1cup milk.
- Add butter to it and put it on medium flame. cook till the mixture is thick.
- Add salt and pepper, grated cheese, green chillies and mix.
- Sprinkle nuts (ground kaju or peanuts) in a tray and drop a little mixture and roll in them.
- Fry in hot oil.
