Ingredients


6 eggs
1/2 cup frozen mix vegetables
2 green chillies
salt and chilli powder to taste
2 tsp oil
1/2 cup grated processed cheese
Salsa (optional)
coriander (dhania) (optional)

Method

  1. Preheat oven 300 degrees
  2. In a deep bottom non stick pan heat the 2 tsp oil(on stove top)
  3. Saute the veggies with chillies for 2 minutes(you may add salsa at this point)
  4. Whisk eggs with salt and chilly powder and keep aside
  5. Add the egg mixture to the fried veggies and put in the oven
  6. After 5 minutes add grated cheese to the baked omlette and turn off the oven
  7. Cheesy omlettes are ready
  8. Can be eaten as whole or with parathas, bread or toast
