Onion-potatoe Soup recipe - How to make Onion-potatoe Soup
Preparation Time: 10 mnts. Cooking Time: 20 mnts. Total Time:
2 large sized onions,sliced
2 large sized potatoes, sliced
salt to taste
1/2 tsp black pepper (kalimirch) powder
1 ltr water
1 tsp margarine or butter or oil
Method
- In a pressure cooker, put the margrine add sliced potatoes and onions. saute for a while, add salt and pepper, stir for a while, add 1/2 littre water and close the lid.
- After 10 mnts. swithch off the stove, open the lid and blend the mixture.
- Now add the other 1/2 litre of water, let it boil for few mnts. serve hot with toasted bread or garlic bread.
