1/4 cup chopped spinach (palak) , washed and drained
1/4 cup chopped paneer (cottage cheese) , preferably made with cow's
1/4 cup rice (chawal) , washed and drained
1/2 tsp ghee
a pinch of cumin seeds (jeera)
restricted quantity of salt
