1 pint cherry or cherry tomatoes
3 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup chopped yellow or green capsicum
2 garlic (lehsun) cloves, chopped
dried oregano or fresh oregano
salt and black pepper (kalimirch) powder to taste
Method
- Heat the oil in a 4 heavy salute pan, add the garlic and the chopped peppers, let cook for 3 minutes. add the tomatoes and let cook over high heat for 15-20 minutes stirring occasionally. sprinkle the oregano, salt and pepper to taste.
