Panch bhel dal is a lentil recipe with five or panch dal added together with chopped onions, green chillies and tomatoes. Relish the dal with rotis and rice.

50 gms yellow moong dal (split yellow gram)
50 gms toovar (arhar) dal
50 gms moong (whole green gram)
25 gms urad dal (split black lentils)
50 gms chana dal (split Bengal gram)
Method
- First mix all tha dals.
- Wash them all nicely.
- Put in a pressure cooker&take
- Four whistles.
- Put ghee for tadka,@put rai jeera hing,mirchi haldi dhania powder @a little water
- And put mixed dals.boil for ten mins. serve hot with bhakris.
