Pea Nut Masala recipe - How to make Pea Nut Masala
Preparation Time: Cooking Time: Total Time:
100 gms masala peanuts (also known as congress peanuts, which is split into two and spiced up)
1 onion, finely chopped
1 tomato, finely chopped
4 mint leaves (phudina), finely chopped
finely chopped coriander (dhania)
salt to taste
chilli powder to taste
a pinch of chaat masala
1/2 tsp Green Chutney
1/2 tsp fenugreek (methi) seeds
1/2 tsp lemon juice
Method
- Take the peanuts in a bowl.
- Add finely chopped onion, tomato, mint leaves, coriander and mix them
- Add salt, chilli powder, chaat masala, green chutney and meetha and mix them.
- Add a bit of lemon juice and mix well.
- Garnish with finely chopped coriander and serve.
