Makes 6 cupcakes
1 cup plain flour (maida)
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
1 3/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp baking soda
1.5 tablespoons baking cocoa
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
2 eggs
Method
- Method
- Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix well.
- Spoon cupcake batter into cupcake mould until they are 2/3 full.
- Bake in a pre heated oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the centre comes clean.
- Cool 10 minutes in the mould, then move to wire rack to cool completely.
