1.this kadha is a good remedy for both cough & cold.
2.one person should have quater portion of the kadha three or four times a day.
3.if the jaggery is added the kadha should be finished the same day it is made.
Pepper kadha recipe - How to make Pepper kadha
Cooking Time: Total Time:
1 glass water,
1 tsp black pepper powder,
1/4 tsp turmeric pd,
few drops of lime juice,
pea size jaggery(optional)
Method
- 1.add black pepper pd ,turmeric pd & jaggery(optional) to 1 glass of water.
- 2.heat the water with above ingredients till it comes to a boil.
- 3.remove from fire n keep it aside for 2 mins.
- 4.add few drops of lime juice to it before drinking the hot kadha.(quater glass for one person at one time)
