A tasty and tangy chaat made with poha and other ingredients like onions, tomatoes, chillies, etc. with some spices.

2 cups thin beaten rice (poha)
1/2 cup finely chopped onions
2 green chillies, finely chopped
2 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania)
2 tbsp grated fresh coconut
2 tbsp finely chopped tomatoes
2 tsp chilli powder
salt to taste
1 tbsp oil

- First put the poha in a large bowl.
- To that add oil followed by the onions,tomatoes and green chillies
- Now add the chilli powder,salt,grated fresh coconut and coriander and mix very well till the poha is coated with all the other ingredients.
- Put in plates and serve at tea time or for instant breakfast.its a very tasty chaat,easy to make too.
