1 cup beaten rice (poha) (soaked in water untill becomes soft)
5 green chillies, finely chopped
finely chopped coriander (dhania) leaves
2 onions, finely chopped
1/2 coconut, finely grated
salt to taste
2 tsp besan (Bengal gram flour)
oil to fry
Method
- Mix all the ingredients together and fry in the oil untill golden brown
