A delicious and healthy evening snack recipe, the Potato rolls are every child's favorite roll recipe. The boiled potatoes are mashed and made into rolls which are shallow fried till crispy and enjoyed with ketchup or chutney.

3 large sized potatoes, peeled and boiled
1 cup bread crumbs
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp black pepper (kalimirch) powder
salt to taste
oil for deep frying
Method
- Mash the potatoes and keep aside.
- Mix bread powder,lemon juice, black pepper,some of bread powder in it.
- After making doug make as a rolls.
- Heat the oil in a pan, before putting rolls into pan spread them into bread powder once sothat it gives crunchy teaste.
- Remove serve hot with tamot souce.
