Potatoes deep fried twice until crisp and then flavoured with chaat masala and chilli powder.

Makes 4 serving
500 gms potatoes , peeled and cut into 4
1 tsp chaat masala
1 tsp chilli powder
salt to taste
oil to deep fry
Method
- Method
- Add salt to the potato cubes and deep fry them in hot oil. Drain and keep aside.
- After they have cooled down press them in between your palms to make them flat.
- Deep fry them again until crisp and brown.
- Drain and add chaat masala and chilli powder.
- Serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
