whey water(water remaining after making Paneer)-3 glasses
lemon-2
sweet lime-4
sugar-as required
mint leaves-few

Method

  1. Beat whey water to make it homogenouu if there are particles
  2. Mix in lemon and sweet lime juice
  3. Mix in sugar as required
  4. Chill and serve garnished with mint leaves
