Pudhina Cracker recipe - How to make Pudhina Cracker
Preparation Time: Cooking Time: Total Time:
1 packet cream cracker biscuit
2 cups mint leaves (phudina)
1/2 cup coriander (dhania) leaves
1 onion
1 tsp tamarind (imli) pulp
salt to taste
1 tsp mustard seeds ( rai / sarson)
1 tsp urad dal (split black lentils)
2 small dry red chillies
5 pods of garlic (lehsun)
Method
- In a kadai do tadka of mustard
- Urad dal red chillies then
- Fry garlic and onions after which
- Add the pudhina and corriander
- To it and fry till done
- Put this mixture in a mixie
- And grind to a coarse paste with salt and tamarind
- Your pudhina spread is ready
- Take a cracker spread the chutney on top
- And serve
- Enjoy tea time with tangy pudhina crackers!!
