Truly a Punjabi cuisine vegetable delicacy, Pungabi vegetable is powered with tangy tomato paste, spicy garam masala, cream and an array of mixed vegetables. Relish mixed vegetables cooked in traditional Punjabi style with roti or parantha.

2 tsp oil
2 tomatoes
450 gms mixed vegetables
1 tbsp fresh cream
1/2 cup curds (dahi)
2 tbsp tomatoes
2 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp garam masala
salt to taste
Method
- First put oil in a pan
- After put tometo paste
- Then put masala
- Amd then put mixed vegetable
- Afterwords put curd, cream, and tomote paste
- Mix all to geather
