Quick arvi dokla is a steamed arvi paan(colocasia leaves) recipe. The gram flour or besan is mixed with ginger garlic and chilli paste and applied on the arvi leaves before steaming. The quick arvi dokla is a quick arvi or arbi recipe which is rich in traditional flavors and taste.

Preparation Time: 10 mts Cooking Time: 15 mts Total Time:
arvi paan(chopped)-2cup
besan -11/2 cup
limu ki ras -3tbs
ginger&garlic paste-3tbs
salt -as wanted
turmeric -1/4 tsp
chillie pd 1tsp
enosalt 1/2 tbs
for vaghar
little oil
mustard seeds ( rai / sarson)
for garnishing
coriander leaves and green chilly chopped
Method
- Apply limbu ki ras on the chopped leaves
- And mix besan ,chillipd,turmeric,salt,ginger garlic paste into the leaves.
- Stirr wellad salt and just before steaming add enosalt and steam like we do with doklafor 15mts .when ready cool,cut into pcs and saute with mustard and oil and garnish with cori leaves and chopped green chilly
