6 Rasgullas
1/2 cup mango puree
1/2 tin condensed milk
1 cup milk
1/2 cup Mango Ice-Cream or Vanilla Ice-cream
1 tbsp chopped mixed nuts
Method
- Cut the rossagullas into two
- In a blender add all other ingredients except nuts and blent for 2 mins to obtain a homogenous mixture
- Pour into a serving bowl
- Add the rossagulla pieces
- Garnish with nuts
- Chill to serve
