Rava(semolina) – 1 cup
Sugar- 2 cups
Water- 3 cups
Orange food color/kesari powder- few drops/ a pinch
Cashews- 10 (broken and fried in ghee)
Cardamom powder- 3 pinch
Ghee- ¼ cup
Method
- Take a cup of rava and dry fry them for few minutes in a non stick pan. remove from fire and keep aside. in a pan heat 3 cups of water, add kesari powder/orange food color and bring to boil. then add the rava little by little, keep on stirring continuously with out forming any lumps. when the rava is cooked, add 2 cups of sugar and mix well. when t
