Rawa Vadas recipe - How to make Rawa Vadas

1 katori semolina (rava)
1/2 katori curds (dahi)
1 onion, chopped
1 carrot, chopped
1 capsicum, chopped
1 green chilli, chopped
1 bunch of coriander (dhania), chopped
salt to taste
black pepper (kalimirch) powder to taste
oil for frying
a pinch of baking soda
Method
- Mix all the ingredients nicely.
- Heat oil in a kadai, when hot make small balls of rawa mixture and make vadas on medium heat.
- Serve hot with green chutney or tomato ketchup.
