1/4 cup Steamed Rice
3 cups orange juice
2 tbsp Vanilla Ice-cream
2 tbsp ice
2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp black salt (sanchal)
a pinch of black pepper (kalimirch) powder
some mint leaves (phudina)
Method
- First of all boiled rice and orange juice are mixtogether and crush in mixture. now add vanilla ice cream and sugar and again crush it.
- Add ice, black salt, black papper and chopped mint leaves.
- Mix together very quickly and serve it.
